Tori is a 29-Year-Old Grad. at West Babylon High School in West Babylon, New York. He currently focuses on one sport, Basketball.

The 6-6 senior power forward/center enters the week averaging 18.6 points and 12.5 rebounds per game for the Lighting, who is located in West Hempstead at the island garden.

He may be raw, but Penn has already made an impression on high school and college coaches.
One Queens 'AA' coach says Penn began establishing his reputation the minute he splashed onto the scene, a few years back, at a AAU high school basketball tournament in Brooklyn.

"Christ the King, Forest Hills, Holy Cross, Campus Magnet . . . all know about him," Cardozo coach Ron Naclerio said of Penn. "He probably has the most upside of a kid that's been in a smallish low-level school in a long time."

Penn knows he has enough talent to play basketball at a more prominent high school, but he also says he has no ambition to do so. Right now, he says he'll continue to attend high school right where he is.

"I made a promise to my grandma to stay at West Babylon to not have to do all this running around from school too school," Penn said. "She wants me to stay in this school."

Knowing a bit of Penn's personal situation helps understand his position.

Penn's parents split up years ago; he lives with just his mom a 15 year old sister and the love of his life tori says his baby sister he also has one little brother that seems too look up too him Tori says he has a tremendous upside, he says, and his father is in either in prison or somewhere that nobody knows. He's been living with his Mother and has been taking care by his aunt Toneka Penn and his grandma Marquetta Penn.

"They take care of me," he said. "they cook for me, they do everything for me."
Penn, a 16-year-old senior, says he could do better academically. He admits to mouthing off during class.
"He has maturing to do on and off the court," Powell said of Penn. "Everybody believes that Rome is going to be built in a day. He's not going to become a mature man in a week. He's going to learn his lessons, take his lumps, as did we all.
Penn says he's committed to working hard so he can realize his full potential.

"It's getting there, it's getting there," he said. "I'm trying to do all my work and not complain to teachers, go home and do my work so I could get good grades."
