My name is Steven Scamorza. I am 6'0", 195 lb. Silverado High School student athlete. I have played Strong Safety for four years, and in my Junior year played Varsity Fullback. I was elected a Captain for both the Freshmen and JV teams. My teammates recently selected me as a Captain for the upcoming senior season. I know what it is like to be a leader on and off the field. My strength, speed, and agility offer a powerful athletic combination. As a safety, I can cover well with a good nose for the football. I am an exceptional tackler with high efficiency. I can play in or out of the box depending on different defensive schemes. I have experience in the secondary with coverages 1,2,3,and 4. I also worked on disguised coverages last season. I am open to any location to pursue my goals. Financial aid will be an important consideration in my decision. I am looking forward to competing at a high level in college. I'm striving to be the best football player I can be, and am counting the days until spring football practice for my senior season.
