Track is my life... I run Indoor, Outdoor and AAU/USATF. I lift weights in my free time and always want to get stronger, faster or improve at what I do. I use to play baseball for 9 years and I have played basketball for 7 years. I have a good combination of Speed, Power, Agility and Endurance.
