Hi,
My name is Jaylin Carter. I prefer to go by my middle name "Chyna." I've been playing softball since the age of 5 for a local recreation team. I began to get more serious about playing softball at the age of 13, when I decided to join a summer travel league team. I currently play for the Timberlake Thundercats 16U Travel Softball Team, and I also play for my high school team. I am a pitcher, catcher, and infielder. I plan to play softball at the collegiate level after I graduate high school in 2015. I also play volleyball and I am apart of my schools swim team. I enjoy sports greatly, but getting my education always comes first. I currently have a 3.8 GPA. When I get to college I plan on majoring in Athletic Training. Athletic training combines the love of sports medicine as well as the science of exercise; which I would to pursue my career in. Playing softball means to world to me, and I would do anything to play at the collegiate level. I love learning more and more about the game of softball, and I know playing at the collegiate level will help me do that!
