Garrett Rizk - Baseball Player

I am a pitcher and an infielder for both Dakota High School and the Grosse Pointe Redbirds. I am a very dedicated athlete that will work as hard as possible to improve and reach the next level. I trained with Joe Fletcher in the PEN Pitching Essentials Network for 2 years which has given me a thourough knowledge of not only pitching, but also the recovery, exercise, and nutrition involved with it. Along with pitching, I am an efficient infielder and hitter and try to stay smooth and relaxed no matter what I do. I have a 4.0 GPA with several Honors and Advanced Placement classes and believe I have what it takes to compete in at that next level.
