cody martin - Baseball Player

I'm in my senior year dedicating myself to just baseball. In fall ball i was clocked at 6.94 in the 60yrd dash and a pop time of 1.92-2.06.

I will be playing varsity my goal is to have a strong season and visit a few colleges this summer to prepare for my senior year. Im the starting catcher on varsity i've had my pop time checked it averages 1.90 and I am running a 4.5 40 yard dash. Im striving to get my 40yd time closer to 4sec.Im hoping to goto the cinc. reds tryouts for catching this year. Already started practice up at the legion hitting is going great. The season is going well i have 7 throw outs and only 2 past balls in 16 games. i started pitching in 2 games and won both. In 2 weeks american legion season will start can't wait.

Im starting catcher for jv and 2nd string catcher for varsity this year. So far I have started in more varsity games then jv games. I will be playing my 2nd year in the summer for Conneaut Post 151 baseball. This season was great pitched in 4 games and won all 4. Only had 4 passed balls all year catching. JV only lost 1 game and Varsity only lost 3.

I was the starting catcher for the junior varsity baseball team. I also played my first year of American Legion baseball for Conneaut Post 151.
