I went from a 34minute 5k last year to and 18:30 5k this year i was the slowest guy on the team and now i am the fastest guy on the team. I worked really hard and dedicated my whole summer to running to get better. with work i will get faster over time. I was second overall in the county championship. My team won the county championship with a score of 25. I will be getting all conference today if i run as good as i have been
