About Austin Leclerc

Austin is a 27-Year-Old Grad. at Pathfinder Regional Vocational Technical High School in Palmer, Massachusetts. He is a multi-sport athlete who participates in Baseball, Basketball and Football.

Austin is a big, young 1B with a strong lower half that will graduate in 2015. Feet are active as he displays proper foot works around the bag and is a quality receiver, displaying clean hands. Throws are accurate. At the plate, Leclerc shows a balanced approach with rhythm. Swing path is level and he makes consistent contact, with a good amount of power to put the ball out. Defensively behind the plate, he has good footwork, a soft glove, and is quick to block. He gets rid of the ball through a clean exchange, he's quick to recover to his feet and can cover ground

Austin devotes most of his time in sports. In the fall he plays Varsity Football, but also plays Fall Baseball for a team in Belchertown. During the winter, Austin plays Varisty Basketball. And in the spring he plays Varsity Baseball. This past summer Austin played for Belchertown American Legion Post 239, but this summer he is playing in a Mickey Mantle league. Austin also works hard in the classroom. He has a career 3.1 GPA. He has been on the honor roll for his entire sophomore year. He has not taken SAT.
