Adena is a 26-Year-Old Grad. at Odessa High School in Odessa, Missouri. She currently focuses on one sport, Cheerleading.

I'm a junior varsity captain and i try my hardest if i get i wrong i keep on doing it tell i cant get it wrong anymore.. i work hard on what i enjoy. i believe Cheerleading is a sport and not a hobby because we get hurt more then football players and we stunt which is hard for girls because we do not have arm strength like guys do. we put more effort in what we believe and we will not give up. my coach always says don't practice until you get it right, practice until you cant get it wrong. I know I'm not the best cheerleader on the squad but i do try my hardest. when i get home from practice i go home an practice more and more in till it drives my mom insane and she tells me too stop.. I love Cheerleading
