The Minnesota Vikings have assembled for practice, without Brett Favre. But rookie Percy Harvin has eagerly arrived for duty. The first-round draft pick out of Florida missed the team's rookie minicamp earlier this month when he was hospitalized for a virus and severe dehydration. Agent Joel Segal confirmed Tuesday that Harvin is participating in voluntary practice sessions this week.
