Dallas Cowboys coach Wade Phillips says scouting assistant Rich Behm, who was paralyzed from the waist down earlier this month, is looking forward to returning to work. "His attitude is great and he's looking forward to coming back to work for us. And we're looking forward to that, too," Phillips said Thursday night.
