Jaguars sign veteran QB Bouman (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

The Jacksonville Jaguars have signed veteran quarterback Todd Bouman, giving Cleo Lemon competition for the backup position. Lemon beat out Bouman for the spot during training camp last year, but he struggled during the team's minicamp earlier this month. Bouman, entering his 11th season, also has played for Minnesota, New Orleans and Baltimore.
