The San Francisco 49ers' new uniforms look awfully familiar. The Niners unveiled a slight tweak on the franchise's classic look for next season at their draft-day fan party. San Francisco is moving full-time to a modified version of the cherry-red throwback jerseys they've worn twice each season over the past few years.
