WR Crabtree slips to 49ers at No. 10 (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

The San Francisco 49ers have selected receiver Michael Crabtree in the NFL draft, snatching up the Texas Tech star when he unexpectedly slipped to the 10th pick. Crabtree won the Biletnikoff Award as the nation's best college receiver after both of his two seasons with the Red Raiders, where he caught 231 passes for 41 touchdowns.
