Lions sign Stafford to six-year deal, $41.7M guaranteed (sportsline.com)

The Detroit Lions on Saturday announced they signed Matthew Stafford to a six-year contract. Agent Tom Condon and Ben Dogra, who also represents the Georgia QB, negotiated the deal with $41.7 million in guarantees and a maximum value of $78 million.
