NFL Network, Dish agree to settlement (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

The NFL Network and Dish Network have agreed to a settlement that ends a lawsuit over how the satellite provider broadcasts the channel. The two sides announced the deal Friday. It includes a multiyear contract for Dish to continue carrying NFL Network. Terms of the settlement were not disclosed. Dish had moved the channel to a tier with fewer subscribers in January 2008.
