Titans sign Packers' Bush to offer sheet (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

Tennessee signed restricted free agent cornerback Jarrett Bush to an offer sheet Friday, giving the Green Bay Packers seven days to either match the contract or allow him to go to the Titans. If the Packers don't match, signing Bush won't cost the Titans a draft pick as compensation. Green Bay had tendered Bush so low that the team only asked for right of first refusal.
