Rams add ex-Giants S Butler, FB Karney (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

The St. Louis Rams have agreed to a four-year deal with safety James Butler and added veteran fullback Mike Karney. Terms of the deals announced Wednesday were not disclosed. Butler will be reunited with new Rams coach Steve Spagnuolo, who was his defensive coordinator the past two seasons with the New York Giants.
