Vikings re-sign TE Kleinsasser (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

Tight end Jim Kleinsasser has re-signed with the Minnesota Vikings for a $9 million, three-year contract. The deal was finished Saturday, giving Kleinsasser $3.5 million guaranteed and keeping the North Dakota native in line to finish his career with his favorite team from childhood. Kleinsasser was a second-round draft pick in 1999 and has become one of the league's most rugged blockers.
