Jacksonville Jaguars receiver Reggie Williams, expected to leave the team as a free agent, faces DWI and marijuana possession charges. A Houston police department spokesman says the 25-year-old Williams was arrested early Friday after he was pulled over during a routine traffic stop and officers smelled marijuana.
