Bengals get P Plackemeier off waivers (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

The Cincinnati Bengals acquired punter Ryan Plackemeier on waivers Friday from the Washington Redskins. Seattle drafted Plackemeier in 2006, and he was the Seahawks' regular punter for two seasons. He was waived in September and signed by Washington. He punted 55 times for a 41.7-yard average during 10 games with the Redskins.
