Carl Peterson gives a long farewell to the Kansas City Chiefs and says talk of his joining the Miami Dolphins is "pure speculation." Peterson ran the Chiefs for 20 years as president, general manager and chief executive. He stepped aside last month as the team was ending a franchise-worst 2-14 season.
