Attorneys for Jayson Williams say they'll seek to have the former NBA star's convictions for covering up a fatal shooting thrown out on grounds of racial bias. Attorney Joseph Hayden said in court Friday that he will seek a new trial on the cover-up counts. At issue is a racial slur used by a former employee of the Hunterdon County Prosecutor's Office.
