Commissioner David Stern is aware the NBA has increased security around Boston Celtics guard Tony Allen, though he wouldn't give specifics about the situation. "I want to say this the right way. That issue is not a new issue for us in our league over the last 25 years," Stern said Friday before watching the 76ers play the Orlando Magic in Game 3 of their first-round series.
