Cavaliers F Wright to have thumb surgery (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

Cavaliers forward Lorenzen Wright will undergo surgery after breaking his thumb in Cleveland's regular-season finale. Wright, who was not expected to play during the postseason, got hurt in the second half of Wednesday night's loss to the Philadelphia 76ers. The team said the 12-year veteran will have an operation on Friday at the Cleveland Clinic and his recovery will take six weeks.
