Oklahoma City Thunder officials say Scott Brooks will continue as the team's head coach after taking over early in the season for P.J. Carlesimo. General manager Sam Presti said Wednesday that Brooks proved his ability to communicate with a young team while demonstrating the necessary passion to help players improve.
