Philadelphia 76ers point guard Andre Miller has a sprained middle finger but is not expected to miss any games. Miller hurt his finger Thursday night in a 105-95 win over Milwaukee. X-rays on Friday were negative. Miller is averaging 16.1 points and 6.5 assists per game this season. The 76ers host Detroit on Saturday.
