Cavaliers guard Delonte West could miss Friday night's game in Sacramento after bruising his lower back in a fall at Phoenix on Thursday night. West slammed hard onto the floor in the third quarter when he charged into Suns guard Steve Nash under the basket. X-rays taken at the arena showed nothing broken, the team said.
