'Melo, Billups lead Nuggets over Sixers (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

Carmelo Anthony had 26 points and 14 rebounds, Chauncey Billups added 22 points and the Denver Nuggets won their third straight game, 101-89 over the Philadelphia 76ers on Wednesday night. The Northwest Division leaders looked sluggish in the first half and Denver's poor shooting seemed indicative of a team coming off a six-day layoff.
