Celtics' Rivers fined for verbally abusing refs (espn.com)

The NBA fined coach Doc Rivers $15,000 Saturday "for verbal abuse of game officials" following the Boston Celtics' 110-109 overtime loss to the Los Angeles Lakers on Thursday night.
