Pistons' sellout run ends at 259 games (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)
The Detroit Pistons failed to sell out their game Wednesday night against Miami, ending the team's sellout streak at just over five years. The team had sold out 259 straight games at the Palace of Auburn Hills, including postseason, since Jan. 19, 2004 -- the season it won its most recent NBA title. The streak was the longest in franchise history.
