Nets guard Vince Carter sprained his right ankle and left the game in the fourth quarter against the Philadelphia 76ers. Carter twice hobbled to the locker room in the second half of Saturday's game. Carter, who entered averaging 21.4 points, left once in the third quarter and returned to the bench a short time later.
