Danny Granger scored 25 points to help the Indiana Pacers beat the short-handed Houston Rockets 107-102 on Friday night. T.J. Ford added 21 points, and Troy Murphy had 14 points and 16 rebounds for the Pacers, who snapped a two-game losing skid. Luis Scola led Houston with a career-high 25 points. Carl Landry and Rafer Alston each scored 17 points for the Rockets, who had won three straight.
