Spurs sign F Croshere to 10-day contract (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

The Spurs signed veteran forward Austin Croshere to a 10-day contract Friday. Croshere was waived by Milwaukee on Jan. 6 after appearing in 11 games. He averaged 3.3 rebounds and 2.2 rebounds. The 12th pick by Indiana in the 1997 draft, Croshere had his best season in 1999-2000, averaging 10.3 points and 6.4 rebounds as the Pacers reached the NBA finals.
