Players' union to file grievance on Miles' behalf (espn.com)

The NBA players' union said Friday it will file a grievance against the Trail Blazers in the wake of team president Larry Miller threatening litigation if a team picks up Darius Miles simply to adversely impact Portland's salary cap.
