Utah Jazz forward Carlos Boozer will undergo arthroscopic surgery on his left knee. Boozer has missed 21 straight games because of a strained quad tendon he sustained during a Nov. 17 game against Milwaukee. The Jazz said in a statement Tuesday that a date for the surgery has not been set, but doctors said it likely wouldn't occur until Jan.
