Bobcats' Wallace out due to family death (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

Charlotte Bobcats starting small forward Gerald Wallace will not play against the Miami Heat following the death of his grandmother. Wallace returned home to Alabama after Saturday's loss to Cleveland and was not with team for Monday's shootaround. A team official said Wallace should rejoin the club sometime this week.
