Cubs recall INF Fox from minors (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

The Chicago Cubs recalled infielder/outfielder Jake Fox from Triple-A Iowa on Tuesday and placed left-hander Jason Waddell on the 15-day disabled list. Fox will be in his second stint with Chicago. He was 5 for 12 while with the Cubs from May 27-June 9 when he was used as a pinch-hitter, right fielder and third baseman.
