Dodgers sign 18-year-old Korean INF Nam (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)
The Los Angeles Dodgers have signed 18-year-old Korean infielder Tae-hyeok Nam to a minor league contract. The team said Tuesday that Nam is the first Korean high school player to be signed by the Dodgers. He currently plays at Jemulpo High in Seoul, South Korea. Nam batted .314 with 22 homers and 43 RBI in 65 games this season.
