Juan Rivera homered twice, Jered Weaver pitched his first career shutout and the Los Angeles Angels beat the San Diego Padres 6-0 to complete a three-game sweep Sunday afternoon. Weaver (7-2) worked quickly on the mound and struck out five while only giving up five hits. He threw 119 pitches, 80 strikes, and won his fourth straight.
