Royals 3B Gordon ramps up rehab (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

Kansas City Royals third baseman Alex Gordon has increased his workouts and added light jogging as he tries to return from hip surgery. Gordon, who had surgery April 17 to repair torn right hip cartilage, took about 60 groundballs and more than 30 swings at the Royals' spring training complex in Surprise, Ariz., on Friday.
