Mark DeRosa's grand slam off reliever Jamey Wright in the seventh inning led Cleveland to an 8-4 victory over the Kansas City Royals on Tuesday night, lifting the Indians out of last place in the Central Division. DeRosa hit the Indians' third grand slam of the season and the fifth of his career.
