Tigers' Cabrera suffers pulled hamstring (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

Miguel Cabrera has left the Detroit Tigers' game against the Boston Red Sox with a left hamstring injury. Cabrera pulled up while running from first to second on Curtis Granderson's second-inning single during Thursday's game. He stayed in after an examination by the training staff, but was obviously struggling when coming home to score on Brandon Inge's double.
