Cardinals' Lohse leaves with arm injury (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

St. Louis Cardinals pitcher Kyle Lohse, who missed his last start after getting hit by a pitch in the right forearm, left Wednesday night's game against the Cincinnati Reds in the top of the third inning. Lohse was taken out with a 3-1 count against Jerry Hairston Jr. with a runner on and none out after meeting briefly with trainer Barry Weinberg and manager Tony La Russa for a second time.
