The New York Yankees have decided to alter their rotation, opting to start Chien-Ming Wang against the Texas Rangers on Thursday and move Phil Hughes into the bullpen. Wang has pitched well since he was activated from the disabled list May 22 after being sidelined with weakness in the adductor muscles in his hips.
