Carlos Beltran is out of the New York Mets' lineup due to a stomach virus. The All-Star center fielder was lifted late in Saturday's game against Florida because he wasn't feeling well. Beltran was still ailing Sunday, and Angel Pagan was set to start in center in the finale of a three-game series. Marlins infielder Wes Helms also felt ill and was not in the lineup.
