Santiago rallies Tigers to sweep of A's (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

Ramon Santiago and Curtis Granderson each hit three-run homers, and the Detroit Tigers overcame a six-run deficit to beat the Oakland Athletics 11-7 on Sunday to complete a three-game sweep. Santiago, who also had an RBI triple among his four hits and scored three runs, put Detroit ahead 8-6 with his homer off Santiago Casilla in the third after trailing 6-0.
