Cardinals scratch RHP Lohse from start (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

The St. Louis Cardinals have scratched right-hander Kyle Lohse from Sunday's scheduled start against the Washington Nationals because of wet weather. In his place, right-hander Kyle McClellan is scheduled to make his first major league start. Lohse is 3-0 with a 1.97 ERA in five starts, but was pulled from the assignment because of persistent rain throughout the Washington, D.C., area.
