O's Uehara has bruised sternum; X-rays negative (sportsline.com)

Orioles pitcher Koji Uehara was struck in the chest with a line drive Wednesday and was removed from the game against the Los Angeles Angels. The injury was determined to be a bruised sternum. X-rays were negative.
