Cubs 1B Lee leaves with neck spasms (AP) (sports.yahoo.com)

Derrek Lee has been taken out of the Chicago Cubs' game at St. Louis because of neck spasms. Lee hit an RBI double in Chicago's three-run first inning. Micah Hoffpauir replaced him at first base in the bottom half.
